STEP 3: We’ll Refund Your Order
Once received, we'll refund the amount for your returned goods to your original payment method and send you a notification via email. This can take 3 - 5 working days from the date we receive your return.
Eligible returns must be in re-saleable condition and requested within 30 days of receipt of your order. You can read our full Returns Policy below.
FAQ
We have extended our normal returns policy for the holiday season. Items purchased between 7th November 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned up until the 24th January 2025.
We accept returns on all orders, provided they are in re-saleable condition. This means products are unopened, unused and with any seals and packaging intact.

Rest of World Returns
For Rest of World returns, please return your items to the returns address provided below. We regret that we do not cover return shipping costs.

Please note, you must retain proof of postage for your return as we can only provide a refund for lost parcels with a valid proof of postage.
We do not offer exchanges and any free items must be returned with your order. If not, the value of any free items granted as part of a qualifying purchase, will be deducted from your refund.

If you believe there is a fault with your product please contact our customer care team at team@silkelondon.com providing details of the fault and where possible attach pictures to your message within 30 days of receipt and we will be more than happy to help!
Due to our quick order processing times, we cannot amend/cancel any orders after they have been placed. If you decide you would like to return an item, please read our Returns Policy above.
We can not be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address or a temporary address from which you are no longer able to receive parcels, and you will not be eligible for a refund in this scenario.
