The one size has been created for all hair types (short to long, curly to straight) discreetly elasticated around the head band to shrink and expand to fit all head sizes (XS – XL, 20” – 26”) and with enough material in its depth to cover short to long and thin to thick hair.

Arrange and hold your hair in place so it's easy for you to scoop into your SILKE Hair Wrap, releasing locks into the silk cocoon as it slides on. You can twist into a bun at the crown, use our silk hair ties to pineapple your curls on top of your head or simply tuck your hair in from the bottom. There are many different ways to put your hair up so it looks great when you let it back down.

Be sure to tuck all your hair within your wrap so the elasticated silk edge is completely covering your hairline and the tip of your ears, this will ensure it sits tight, protecting and nourishing your locks all through the night.

Wouldn't a silk pillowcase deliver the same results?

Whilst sleeping on a silk pillowcase is great for your skin, it doesn’t have the same overnight conditioning effect of The SILKE Hair Wrap. The SILKE Hair Wrap cocoons hair, encasing your precious natural oils rather than allowing them be lost on your pillow. This enables your natural oils to spread evenly from root to tip - acting as a naturally nourishing and deeply restorative conditioning treatment whilst you sleep. You no longer have to worry about dry brittle ends and oils are no longer concentrated at the roots, so greasy hair days are few and far between - lessening the need to wash! As your hair is fully encased within the 100% pure silk wrap, not only does it prevent the abrasive friction that causes breakages and split ends, but it dramatically reduces bed head. Your hair is secured beneath The SILKE Hair Wrap and thus is less prone than a pillowcase to the movements that cause matting, tangling and frizz, saving you time as you won't need to restyle as often!

Will the silk not make my head hot at night?

The reason our hair wrap is so special, is because the SILKE Hair Wrap is made of 100% silk. Silk is a natural, breathable fabric, meaning it will not affect your temperature as you sleep.

How will the SILKE Hair Wrap benefit my curly hair?

It’s absolutely perfect for naturally curly and big hair, as hair wrapping is in fact a traditional afro hair care method! The reason our hair wrap is so special, is that the SILKE Hair Wrap is made of 100% silk, so it is able to retain essential oils and moisture that are so necessary for curly hair in particular, that other materials such as cotton (like most pillowcases) and satin absorb. By cocooning your hair in 100% silk in this way, the retained natural oils and moisture are able to distribute evenly along the entire hair shaft. Keeping curly hair well conditioned in this way means your curls will be more defined, shiny and bouncy. Not only will your hair be in better condition so your curls look better and healthier, but the SILKE Hair Wrap also protects from the friction, tangling and matting that occurs overnight that causes frizz and bed head come the morning.
